"My purpose is to inspire and teach people to use their inner wisdom, creativity, and courage to heal their past and live their present lives to the fullest."

Deborah K. Rosene, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist who has been in private practice since 1987.  Having earned her Ph.D. from Boston College and worked in a wide variety of school, hospital, and community education settings, she is a highly skilled clinician, educator, and holistic practitioner.  In addition to individual, couples, and family therapy, she offers teaching, staff training, educational workshops, and support groups.

With extensive training and experience in movement, energy, and bodywork, she incorporates exercises and techniques from a variety of modalities, such as basic acupressure, therapeutic touch, zero balancing, and yogic breathing.  ARC (Accelerated Renewal and Connection) is a special, short-term program which maximizes the positive effects of all modalities and accelerates healing.

At the heart of Dr. Rosene's work is a deep commitment to assisting clients in achieving their personal and professional goals by strengthening personality integration and a core sense of self,  releasing issues, energy, and tension stored in the body, and promoting positive relationships and behavioral patterns.  Dr. Rosene adopts a flexible but deliberate approach based upon client goals and needs. Given her unique ability to connect empathically with clients, she creates an environment in which they can successfully build upon their strengths.
